Guest Access:
72 hours prior to your arrival, you’ll receive a unique access code for a seamless and secure self-check-in experience with smart locks. You’ll enjoy exclusive access to the entire home, ensuring a private and comfortable stay. You will also have access to the outdoor spaces, such as the hot tub, fire pit, and both the front and back yard.

Other Things To Note:
~Vacationing with Pets~
✓ We welcome up to 2 house-trained dogs of non-aggressive breeds, ages 2 or older. Proofs of recent rabies shot and vet-grade flea/tick medications required.
✓ Contact us for pet approval before submitting the booking request and agree to pet rules.
✓ Select "I'm traveling with pets" so the pet fee is properly included in the booking.
✓ We provide a 24”x36” kennel, dog sheets/towels and dog bowls.

~Rental Agreement & Photo ID~
**IMPORTANT** To finalize the booking and receive property access code, within 2 days Guests must provide a picture of photo ID and e-sign the rental agreement.

We want your stay to be perfect, but please understand that we cannot issue refunds for factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions. We highly recommend guests purchase trip insurance. Additionally, violations of our house rules may lead to guests having to leave prematurely without a refund. For property protection and insurance purposes, there is a security camera covering the front entrance and it must remain active at all times.

We apply part of the booking fees to purchase damage protection on guests' behalf so we don't request a security deposit. Certain exclusions apply. Guests must report damages occurred during their stay to benefit from this coverage.

Where You’ll Be:
Bethel is a New England village tucked away in one of the most beautiful areas in Maine. Situated on a side street off Hwy ME-26 S, this chalet offers a peaceful retreat while remaining conveniently connected to outdoor adventures and attractions, about 5 mins from the village of Bethel with restaurants, shops and other attractions.

Getting Around:
While downtown is walkable and easy to navigate on foot, we recommend getting around by car during your visit here (especially if you plan on doing more of the outdoor activities like skiing or hiking.) However, during the warmer months, explore by bike on the scenic trails.

* All adult guests must be 25, except those staying with their family.
* Booking guest must agree to rental agreement and provide copy of photo ID for age verification within 2 days of booking to finalize booking
* No unregistered guests, no parties, no smoking/vaping inside and within 10 feet from the house, no fireworks & no candles
* Quiet hours 10pm and 8am
* Do not disable or tamper with the internet and security equipment.
* No car charging without approval
* Pet fee for up to 2 approved house-trained dogs; pet rules apply to pets and service animals
* Guests or pets beyond the registered number will be charged a penalty of $50 each per night and may result in an immediate booking termination without any refunds.

100% refund for cancellations up to 60 days before check-in
50% refund 30-60 days before check-in
No refund less than 30 days before check-in
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you pay by credit card and then cancel the booking, 3% of the total payment amount will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the payment processing fee incurred. Guests can opt to pay in full upon booking via Zelle or a mobile check to avoid this deduction in case of cancellation. A $35 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount via any payment method.

NO refunds are given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. It is highly recommended guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of family emergencies, funerals, bad weather delays, flight/rental car cancellations, job loss, snow/ice, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, early departures, etc. If you live in an area prone to hurricanes, forest fires, etc. and cannot make your trip, please seek reimbursement through your travel insurance.
